Sign In and Out


Owners, managers, and operators must sign in to access the call shop. They must sign out when finished.

Sign In

To sign in, go to the Sign In page, enter your staff ID and password and click Sign In. If you forget your password, click the Forgot Password? link, enter your staff ID and email address, and click Submit. Note: The email address must be the same as what was set in the staff ID's profile.

Sign Out

To sign out, go to the Sign Out page, enter your password, and click Sign Out. If there is a Report Income field, enter the total amount of money you collected during your working period.

After you sign out, a summary of your work is displayed. There is the sign in time, sign out time, working time in hours and minutes, number of services, number of calls, and total amount of sales.
